At BioPure Labs, we make high-purity, precisely dosed products in Canada and want them to reach you in the same condition they leave our facility. This page explains how we process and ship orders, what to expect during delivery, and how returns work for regulated, consumable products. Order processing & dispatch

Once your order is placed, our team prepares it for shipment. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing on the next business day.

During promotions, new-product launches, or periods of high demand, processing may take a little longer. If we expect a meaningful delay with your order, we’ll do our best to let you know by email.

Where we ship & carriers

We currently ship across Canada. If you don’t see your destination available at checkout, please contact us and we’ll let you know whether we can help.

Orders are sent with a trusted national carrier such as Canada Post or a comparable courier. The carrier and service level may vary based on your destination, the contents of your order, and current handling requirements, so that your order arrives safely.

Shipping costs & free shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay, based on your destination and the size of your order. You’ll always see the final shipping cost before confirming your purchase.

We’re pleased to offer free standard shipping on Canadian orders over $75 (before taxes). Orders below that threshold are charged a flat or carrier-calculated rate shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates

After your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–8 business days depending on your location, with more remote and northern communities generally taking longer. These are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees.

Total time to receive your order is the processing time plus the carrier’s transit time. Weather, carrier volumes, and events outside our control can affect delivery timelines.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If you created an account, you can also review your order status and history there.

Please allow a little time after you receive the email for the carrier to scan the package and for tracking to begin updating. If tracking hasn’t moved for several business days, reach out and we’ll look into it with you.

Taxes & duties

Applicable Canadian sales taxes (GST/HST/PST, depending on your province or territory) are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. The taxes that apply are based on your shipping destination.

Because we currently ship within Canada, orders are not normally subject to import duties or customs fees. If cross-border shipping is offered in the future, any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country would be the recipient’s responsibility, and this page would be updated to explain that.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We aren’t able to change an address once an order has been dispatched, and we’re not responsible for orders delayed or delivered incorrectly because of an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

If you notice a mistake right after ordering, contact us as quickly as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it.

Delayed, lost & undeliverable packages

Once we hand your order to the carrier, it’s in transit and subject to the carrier’s handling and timelines. If your tracking shows no movement, or a package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, please contact us so we can help open an inquiry with the carrier.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable — for example, because of an incomplete address or because it went unclaimed — we’ll reach out to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply to send it again.

We ask that you report a suspected lost or missing package within 30 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate while the carrier’s records are still available.

Storage-sensitive handling

Our products are regulated consumables, so we pack them carefully to protect them in transit. Our 2% Methylene Blue solution ships in a shatter-proof, leak-proof, BPA-free bottle, and our bacteriostatic water in a durable, impact-resistant multidose bottle.

When your order arrives, please bring it indoors promptly and store each product according to the storage instructions printed on its label — generally in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight, with the cap securely closed between uses. If anything looks damaged on arrival, see damaged or incorrect orders below.

Returns & refunds

We want you to be confident in what you order. Because our products are regulated, consumable goods, our return policy is designed around safety and product integrity, and some items can’t be returned once they leave our hands. Please read the details below before requesting a return.

Eligibility & return window

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging, and your request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. We may ask for your order number or proof of purchase. Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase aren’t eligible for return.

Items that can’t be returned

For health, safety, and quality reasons, we’re unable to accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or had their tamper-evident seal broken — even if most of the product remains. This is standard for regulated consumables, where we can’t verify the storage and handling of an item once it has left our control. Generally non-returnable items include:

  • Opened or used products, or any product with a broken safety seal.
  • Products without their original packaging, or that are incomplete.
  • Items purchased as final sale or clearance.

This return policy doesn’t apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect — those are always covered. See damaged or incorrect orders below.

How to start a return

To begin, please contact us with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return, and we’ll confirm whether they’re eligible and send return instructions. Please don’t send items back before your return has been approved, as unapproved returns may not be accepted. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds & timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging. That helps us resolve it quickly and improve our packing.

Depending on the situation and product availability, we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund. Please keep the item and its packaging until your claim is resolved, in case the carrier or our team needs additional details.
