Privacy Policy
Last updated July 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how BioPure Labs (“BioPure”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit our website, create an account, or make a purchase, and the choices you have over that information.
The information we collect
When you use our website (the “Site”), we collect certain information about your device, your interactions with the Site, and the information needed to process your purchases. We may also collect additional information if you contact us for support. We refer to any information that can identify you as “personal information.”
Device information. Such as your browser type, IP address, time zone, cookie data, the pages and products you view, and how you interact with the Site. We collect this automatically using cookies and similar technologies to load the Site correctly and understand how it is used so we can improve it.
Order and account information. Such as your name, billing and shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number. We collect this from you to:
- Fulfill your orders, process payments, and arrange shipping.
- Send you invoices, order confirmations, and account updates.
- Communicate with you and screen orders for potential fraud.
- With your consent, send you marketing email, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
How we use your information
We use your personal information to provide our services to you — offering products for sale, processing payments, arranging fulfillment and shipping, supporting you, operating and securing the Site, meeting our legal obligations, and, where you have opted in, keeping you up to date on new products and offers.
How we share your information
We share your personal information with the service providers that help us run the store and fulfill our contracts with you. We do not sell your personal information. Our key providers are:
- Humanik Technologies Inc., our technology partner, which builds, hosts, and operates the platform on our behalf (including data storage on its managed cloud infrastructure).
- Google Firebase: secure database, authentication, and storage for accounts, orders, and related data.
- Bankful: secure payment processing. Payment card details are entered on the processor’s hosted page; we do not store your full card number.
- Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment and shipping carriers: to pick, pack, and deliver your order. To fulfill your order, your shipping details may be processed on servers located in the United States (a cross-border transfer), where they are subject to applicable local laws.
- Mailgun: delivery of transactional and contact-form email.
We may also disclose your personal information to comply with applicable laws, to respond to a lawful request, or to otherwise protect our rights and the rights and safety of others.
Where your information is stored
Your information is stored within the platform’s production database and managed storage operated by our technology partner. BioPure Labs remains responsible for your personal information and uses commercially reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies
A cookie is a small piece of information stored on your device when you visit the Site. We use functional cookies (for example, to remember what is in your cart and keep you signed in) and performance cookies (to understand how the Site is used). Cookies make your experience smoother by remembering your actions and preferences.
Most browsers accept cookies automatically, but you can usually accept, block, or delete them through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the Site work.
Analytics
We use analytics to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. This is done in aggregate and is not used to make decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you. We do not currently run third-party targeted-advertising programs; if that changes, we will update this policy.
Age & children’s privacy
The Site and our products are intended for adults of legal age, and certain regulated products require age verification. The Site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes above, and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. If you close your account or discontinue use of our services, we retain your information for a limited wind-down period of up to 30 days, after which it is deleted or de-identified, except where a longer period is required to meet a legal, tax, or accounting obligation.
Your rights
BioPure Labs is responsible for your personal information. You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct, update, or erase your personal information.
- Withdraw your consent to marketing at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, please reach out through our Contact page. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; the specific rights, regulator, and process will be confirmed here.
Do Not Track
Because there is no consistent industry standard for how to respond to “Do Not Track” signals, we do not currently alter our data-collection practices when we detect such a signal from your browser.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The most current version will always be available on this page.
